For academic theology resources that are accessible for non-academics I actually really like a lot of Bart Ehrman’s content (large YouTube/podcast presence) he’s exvangelical agnostic so some people dislike him but I think he’s pleasant
and I like going to various divinity programs for universities and seeing what content they offer accessible to non academics like this is Yale Divinity YouTube channel https://youtube.com/@yaledivinityschool you can find lots of stuff like that
Then there’s classes offered to non academics by seminaries like Saint Vladimir’s theological seminary in the US has these https://www.online.svots.edu/archives
I think you could ask AI various prompts about theological books and get a decent list from that too tbh but maybe would start off reaching out to these programs or checking out other sources first and then doing some AI promoting idk tho do whatever you want 😂
