Want privacy?
Run a Lightning routing node, use a second node to open private channels with the first one, in the first one open the public channels to allow routing by third parties, this way you will route your payments and those of third parties making heuristics difficult. The private channels should be of round sizes with 100k satoshi, 500k satoshi, 1M satoshi, if we all use these amounts it makes heuristics difficult through the chain. Use the second node with private channels to make payments using MPP and AMP, with this you split the main payment into smaller payments routing the total payment through multiple routes and increase privacy and liquidity.
Another way to have privacy is to use chaumian mint federated networks like Fedimint or centralized ones like Cashu.
If you want to serve the classic methods use Joinmarket, run away from centralized solutions, they just want to charge you fees.
With coinjoin you end up having to make eternal mixes and always worrying about what you are doing, with layer 2 solutions, you configure them once as in the case of Lightning nodes and forget about it, and in the case of Chaumian e-cash solutions like Fedimint or Cashu you don't even want that, they work from the first moment.
Open your mind, Bitcoin advances in layer 2, that's how it was designed, the rest is prehistory.
