i think i struggle with overwhelm when everything seems like it's slowly falling apart and i don't even know what to deal with first.
it's almost like a sweater with a loose piece of string, but once you start pulling on it, you see that the whole sweater might need to be re-done, but then that just seems too daunting, so you do nothing, and patch forever.
but yea, i think i need to do more inner reflection.
