Four times you "tried" to deliver a parcel to me, never even got close to my home before turning back to base and to my complain I get a "we can send it to a pickup point or back to the sender" email? What is wrong with you? The sender paid you to bring that parcel to my home address. Not for you to leave it somewhere in town where I have to pick it up myself. YOU DIPSHITS! Please remind me to never ever choose UPS as delivery option *ever* again. YOU MONKEYARSES!
