You can throw coffee grounds straight on the ground - though that works better in the south, than in Maine. In North Ga, coffee grounds vanish into the ground within a couple of days. In Maine it can be a few weeks. It does wonders for the texture of the soil. (And, Coffee Grounds (from hot brews) are not acidic. The acid goes into the cup. I don't know if that holds true for the grounds from cold brew. They might be different.
