My intention is to grow physically stronger and to stretch more...I just discovered aerial yoga and all my cells are screaming to do more of it! It felt like being new born after my first class.
Also it's time to cultivate more trust and relax into it. Even when life is quite challenging. To keep following my heart and trust the path I am walking 💫🌚
