I'm glad you don't personally label everyone who criticizes Israel as antisemitic because that's a common tactic I've seen the media use to shut down dissent. I do think someone thinking Israel caused all the wars in the Middle East is historically incorrect, but I wouldn't say it's antisemitism which is simply hatred of Jews/semitic people.
