It seems my co-worker and I have ended up in a weird fight between our NOC and our maintenance team. We are both accused of being super talented, able to do anything, work crazy hours and complete/meet out deadlines. But we are also keeping too much to our chest, unwilling to train people or document our processes and keeping knowledge to ourselves event though we have offered multiple training opportunities to those teams.

I'm kinda getting frustrated with this back and forth from my team lead since they don't really seem to be protecting us and seem to be putting more pressure on us. I just wanna go back to bed now.
