A lot of companies have command line tools underneath. Sometimes not advertised. I found a builder in the BSP of a VxWorks install on a project a long time ago and ditched the eclipse workbench. It was marvelous. We ended up hooking it into scons to build Linux and VxWorks targets in the same command.
