I was watching some West Wing anniversary clip and I realized that only two of the assistants had a real role. All the senior staff had an assistant but only Margaret and Donna had starring roles. Really only Donna.
Why is this important, you ask? It’s really not.
However, I do think it is hysterical that Rob Lowe thought he was going to be the central character.
