Anarcho-pacifism 101:
If I'm walking down an alley, and you come out of a doorway with a knife and demand my wallet, then even if you don't stab me, an act of violence has taken place.
If you don't have a knife but instead have a friend with a knife, and he holds the knife menacingly while you demand my wallet, then an act of violence has still taken place.
If you don't have a knife but instead have a phone with which you can call the cops and report me for my immigration status if I don't give you my wallet, then an act of violence has still taken place.
If you don't have any dirt on my immigration status, but instead can call my doctor and get my lifesaving medication stopped if I don't give you my wallet, then an act of violence has still taken place.
Most anarcho-pacifism follows from applying this precedent.
