Well...up and out of bed at 5:29 this morning and the coffee has started to work to get me moving...need to get on the indoor bike by 6:30 so I can get two rides in before I head out to the lab for blood work...it's only 33 degrees out here right now so I'll be in full thermasuit for the outdoor ride later this morning...and out of shorts for the first time since April...one more week of no cocktails but after the checkup next week, I think I'll have a few...good morning!
