So I prepped tonight's wings with olive oil, a little Cholula hot sauce, and I added a tad of honey this time. Then I added my dry spices which are a combination of many spices with garlic, fresh ground pepper, salt, and some cajun spices with Tajin. These things have been coming out SO good the last few weeks as I've perfected my recipe and technique.
