I feel so sorry for the poor alpaca at the local garden centre. There are 3, 2 hate the third and hog the almost nonexistent shade so the third one is stuck in full sun in this heat. A couple of years ago they put up an inadequate sail that gave some relief but last year and this nothing. They don't have adequate shelter for winter either, just an open fronted garden thing
