In trying to research possibile technologies for capturing #nanoplastics I came across this about Houston and their water supply...

Holy shit is that crazy! Mandated to stop using well water and only surface water... which is very likely to be contaminated with numerous compounds...
It would seem that electroflotation microfiltration works well with non-salt water, but there has to be a tech that can work in salt water. Thinking about the vast #microplastic #pollution in the ocean and how to approach removal in a larger scale method.
