Are there technical blockers for why
- Phoenix can't reasonably add LNURL support, or alternatively
- why zaps can't be upgraded to also work with bolt12?
My understanding is that Bolt12 in Phoenix allows waking up the phone to receive a payment in background, so it could work reasonably well as long you're not offline for too long.
