Whenever I bake lemon squares our middle grandson begs for me to save the leftover edges after I cut the squares. He says he hates to see food go to waste.
So, along with the much prettier squares I send him a plate with just the edges.
He is so conscientious and it is good of hime to keep the edges out of the compost.
Lots of goodies to deliver this afternoon.
