For time
* 60m Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunges (15 / 22.5)
* 50 Dumbbell Box Step-Ups (15 / 22.5)
* 50 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
* 60m Handstand Walk
All that handstanding ain't happening ;)
Scaled it to:
* 60m Dumbbell Front-Rack Walking Lunges (15kg dumbbell)
* 50 Dumbbell Box Step-Ups (same dumbbell)
* 50 Barbell Push-Ups
* 60m Pike Walks
Finished 13'33"
Afterwards there was some Turkish Get-Ups work, which I did with an 8kg kettlebell. That is slowly increasing in weight and stability, which I like.
