Yesterday i received a zap to my old alby acct, dont why. But i was still able to send it out, using the extension. I just clicked on the send button and pasted my current lightning address. As far as receiving on nostr, you can edit your profile page to receive to any lightning address. I changed mine to a coinos address, works fine.
