With procreate its got lots of neat tools and options built in, and I've gotten used to it. The procreate dreams program is the animation one but it's missing alot of prices that to me are super needed like lasso tools, and color drops to reference layers instead of the layer with the line art. I'm def more looking out for anything that's a better animation program than what dreams is offering.
