Alright guys, I've got an interesting question for you.
Use case agnostic, you've got a series of network connections, all with different upload speeds, download speeds, pings and jitters. How would you prioritize them? Say for example, you have one that has a 200Mbps download speed but a 300ms ping, then you have another that has 5Mbps down speed and a 30ms ping, then a bunch in between all over the place. I'm not asking which you'd pick, I'm asking, what ratios or calculations or whatever would you say "this one is optimal"? Again, use case agnostic, just as a general use connection, gaming sometimes, sometimes streaming, sometimes uploading stuff, how would you design optimization criteria for this?
