Through my research on ADHD, I've discovered some tools that are proving to be beneficial to me. (Whether I actually have ADHD or not.) I have a pad where I can write down tasks (I'm using it for work). If the order doesn't matter, I roll a dice to decide which one and complete it then instead of trying to do multiple things at once. I'm also using a daily planner for people with ADHD to plan out my day (both work & home tasks) and it seems to be really helpful! Also feel more accomplished!
