This is the Belgian Blond I made in September with fresh Hüll Melon hops. The hop burn is gone and the honeymelon flavor is not as present as it was in the Jungbier but now I have a beautiful blend of pear-like esters from the yeast and honeymelon from the hops. Magnificent! Just a touch of boozyness but I'm not going to complain, this is beautiful 😻
