3 years is awesome. I’ve never had skin or severe reactions, so I tend to eat a lot more plant and processed foods than I should. But I definitely feel better when I eat better and cleaner. I struggle the most with the social aspect- with family and friends. I do what I can, but it’s hard. But, on the plus side, I have a connection to a local rancher for meat, and now more recently a dairy farmer for raw/farm-fresh products. And we go to the farmers markets in season, baking own bread- trying to do what I can.
