I don’t like leaving the house. I’m fine once I get out and about, but the process of leaving is unappealing. Dressing properly, managing my activity to leave and arrive on time, yada, yada.
So, I have begun to provide myself with a special treat I’m allowed only while in the car and on my way to wherever it is I must go. Rather like training a puppy to do well in the car, really.
