Yup, I realized that played a role. And it's why I said "something in the alt text field" because the NWS accts always repeat the text of the tweet, which is not equitable alt text (not your fault). The bot can only check whether something is there. I think the distinction is important.

BTW, the top of the leaderboard switches around a lot. There is some consistency in who's in the top 10, but who gets on top seems to depend on when the Alt Text Health Check bot is checking.
