As an introvert, successful socializing means balancing time with others, the time spent alone, and the frequency of social events. I like to use a simple ratio, 8:8:8.
For every 8 minutes I spend socializing, I try to spend at least 8 hours in solitude, and then wait 8 weeks before trying again.
