Please stop putting the tooltip DIRECTLY BELOW THE MOUSE POINTER.
Yes this pointer is abnormally huge because I am blind but there is never a good excuse for this. Put it ABOVE the pointer a bit or off to the side. Not exactly where I can't read it.
