Our native Jewish homeland has been colonized by the Greeks, Romans, Arabs, Crusaders, Ottomans, and British. Our refugees have been expelled or exterminated at least once from almost every country where we sought shelter. Calling us colonizers on our native land is not just wrong, it is using our collective suffering against us and telling us that we are unwelcome everywhere.
