In my opinion kids in kindergarten shouldn't have any access to the Internet, or it should be heavily supervised and only for a limited time per day. (Playing some games on a computer for a while is fine.) When they go to school, it's usually fine for them to have a phone, because by that time they usually learned not to watch some random videos on the internet when they are bored and actually can entertain themself without a phone.

I have some relatives, who allowed their daughter to watch videos on a phone, when she was about 2 years old and now she basically can't live without a phone. She has to have a phone playing a video while eating for example.
