It seems Londoners going outside London must be dragging The Tube inside of them.
If they were to be collecting souls like Maximillion Pegasus, and The Tube included commuters, well that'd be a lot of souls, which could be seen as dramatic.
But that'd work with "Underground" as well, and coming up with that doesn't require London-specific knowledge, so I don't think it's the answer.
It's gotta be sth with Tube.
