Yeah that's generally been my opinion as well. Someone like him will say what the base wants to hear, and there will even be leaks to the media that say something to the effect of "Miller is actually trying to get stuff to happen". But despite that, Trump still doesn't do what he needs to do.
Makes me think someone like Miller is there to give false hope to Trump voters in the best case, and is there to stab his boss in the back in the worst case (for jews) where Trump tries to do something they don't want him to do.
