Got Summer out for a quick run on the beach. My phone battery was depleted, so no pictures. She got some much needed exercise.
After, I brought her home, I headed to the Botanical Gardens, to fast walk up the hill, and to see how the garden weathered the recent storms.
Lots of volunteers clearing away the fallen branches and massive amount of leaves on the trail.
I chatted with the volunteers and figured out that we had mutual friends. Sadly, I heard that, a friend who worked for us, at one time, is struggling through chemo.
I left my contact information in case he needs us.
The garden is winter beautiful and a haven for hummingbirds.
It was nice to be outside.
