I would love to understand what space-time continuum recipe writers exist in! Where is the time bubble where I can, in THIRTY minutes: peel & chop 1 onion, 6 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, 1 buttercup squash, 1 sweet potato, 1 yam, 1 cassava, tomatoes, chop, season, & brown meat, open & rinse 2 cans of beans & 1 of hominy, assemble all the spices & get a stew started. Who are these culinary speed demons?!
