Max’s gf is very sweet and it’s great to see him. Even so my mood was really low while we were chatting after dinner, like actively painful rather just heavy and exhausted like I was earlier in the day. It’s a glimpse into how bad things can get for me and I’d forgotten - it’s scary. I need to try to think positively but it’s so hard.
