One of the LGBTQ bills passed was SB14 which prohibits trans youth from receiving puberty blockers and hormone therapy.
Also SB15 passed which prohibits trans athletes from competing on college teams that match their gender identity. It also extends a similar existing restriction on K-12 trans athletes.
While some trans teens can hormonally transition as early as 15 w/ parental consent and overcoming other hurdles, it is rare when it happens.
But sometimes it does.
