I remember IDM as Internet Download Manager but I'm guessing that wasn't the reason for traffic, haha! Or it could be Institute of Digital Marketing, if you meant website traffic.
But, if you specifically meant YT hashtags then it could very well be #edm and #idm enthusiasts. I believe there is a decent enough following for those in India.
And 'decent' in Indian numbers = 'substantial' by US numbers, lol!
