For Asahi - completely agreed. Something like "brew install asahi-installer" might make some people feel better, but it should just ship the shell script. And there is basically no value in that other than perception.

The kinds of things I rebuild and package are things like TensorFlow, where Google doesn't care to support anyone else building it, but unlike you their only reason is they don't want to spend the time, and where there is a point in building it yourself.
