Only orcas who ever killed were captives
That we know of.
There are at least 7 documented cases of orcas sinking sailboats and yachts in the Mediterranean and coastal European waters since spring of 2020. Fortunately in those incidents I believe there were no fatalities, but they could be responsible for a number of smaller craft disappearances where the boats weren't big enough to withstand the attack long enough to report the encounter before sinking to be rescued.
