I have the cure to anxiety!!! ...you know, kinda.
Of course there are two halves to anxiety, your subconscious thought patterns and the inflammation in your body, and it’s hard to address just one as one will cause the other.
But, here is my “cure” for the thought pattern portion of things…
You don’t control the outcome of a situation, not any situation ever. Lo siento. In some cases you have quite a lot of influence, but you don’t have control, ever. As such it makes no sense to focus on the outcome. Instead focus on who you want to be in this story. You aren’t the author of the book, but you are the creator of one character in that book and so you have to focus on that character, you.
Instead of constantly asking yourself “what happens if xyz occurs?” and “how can I prevent abc?” etc. Instead ask “How can I behave in a way that I can be proud of?” and “Who do I want to be in this story?”
“Who do I want to be in this story?” that’s the cure! ...for me anyhow. Might help you too.
