Here I'll be attempting to write a thread ๐งต on Nostr:
As humans we sometimes succumb to our bad memory and it is often hard to distinguish the signal from the noise.
A great example is the bitcoin price, which it's important to say, that it is different from its value.
The price can be considered both signal and noise, as people often use during bull runs as an argument of bitcoin's inevitability, it as a but in reality, its is just noise. The wild swings of bitcoin price are noise, and are not a representation of its value.
For instance, this week people succumb to the doomish feeling of bitcoin's price heading back to $22,000. But people aren't asking the correct questions.
So instead of asking ourselves:
Why has the bitcoin price dumped and its back to 22K level? Will it go lower?
Why dont we try.. ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
