Wild how much cheaper suet is than butter, especially given that once rendered into tallow, it's also shelf stable up to a year. Gonna have to go snatch up some more while they have it. My grocery store likes to carry things I want in the most sporadic ways possible. They never seem to be out of the stuff in the poison aisles though. #Tallow
