Please, when the cool weather sets in go to their room and remove and store all lightweight clothing and replace it with appropriate winter attire.
Older people often forget, or don't realize the seasons change and wander outside dressed inappropriately and are more vulnerable to cold weather.
You can Not rely on staff to monitor your loved ones --remember it is a for profit business!! Wages cut into profits.
