I'm not in legal circles so I don't know how I'd read this, but the way this SCOTUS has treated stare decis, I would like to see future courts effectively treat this court's decisions as non-stare decis.
It's an exceptional court in both disregard for precedent as well as in corruption and illegitimacy.
