An injury past
Had me set back a few months
The fire is back
I missed the 100 pushups/day challenge, so I joined up my own little goal of 73 pull-ups a day. I pushed myself too hard and tore a ligament in my Elbow.
Almost fully recovered now, I want to start a new challenge, one that will continue for life.
The 31 day challenge seemed fun, but again missed the boat.
Here’s a spin that’ll challenge me for life.
73 things, per day, for life.
I’m inspired by this post from a recent win. I moved into my new digs. A large room in one of my apartments. It’s not detailed, but liveable, clean, spacious and very comfortable.
It’s been years of grinding. Slaving in the fiat mines, doing a little at a time… when I can afford both by time and expense.
I sort of want to relax. But also feel the urge to getter’done.
In the spirit of accomplishments,
