We got a amazon thermostat and an echo dot for easy voice command access to it. Let me tell you it does not always understand and also does no do what you tell it. We've just unplugged the dot and use there app to manually set the thing because of this. So why would I pay $10 for something that as best I can tell is redundant and arguably worthless.
