Dubai Land Department, in collaboration with Dubai Sports Council, Dubai Disabled Sports Federation, and Dubai Sports Council, announced the launch of a real estate alliance to support and care for 'Fazza International Championships for People of Determination 2025', which will take place on February 10th next year, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Sports Council and Chairman of the Higher Committee for the Protection of People of Determination in Dubai. The alliance includes strategic partner 'HRG Real Estate Development', and major sponsors 'Elington Real Estate', 'Beyond Real Estate', 'Prestige Real Estate', 'Azizi Real Estate', and 'Arsa'. The announcement was made during a press conference held at the Dubai Land Department's headquarters, attended by Engineer Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director-General of the department, Thani Jama Al-Raqad, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of Fazza International Championships, and Majid Al-Osaimi, Director of Fazza International Championships, along with representatives of the sponsors. The alliance aims to provide a positive model for the real estate sector's role in achieving sustainable community development, and to enhance cooperation between the public and private sectors to provide all means of empowerment and support for people of determination, promoting values of integration and solidarity in society. The new version of 'Fazza International Championships' includes three sports competitions: the 16th Fazza International Athletics Championship, with the participation of 1000 athletes, the 16th Fazza International Badminton Championship, with the participation of 300 athletes, and the 9th Fazza International Archery and Shooting Championship, with the participation of 300 athletes. The event aims to provide a comprehensive competitive environment that brings together athletes from over 70 countries, promoting values of excellence and inclusivity, as Dubai seeks to establish itself as a friendly city for people of determination, providing them with all the opportunities to achieve success and creativity. Engineer Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita emphasized that the announcement of the real estate alliance to support Fazza International Championships for People of Determination 2025 reflects the department's vision to strengthen the private sector's role as a key partner in achieving sustainable community development.
