When humanity embarked on the 1st and 2nd industrial revolutions, it was believed that machines and electricity would relieve us of so much work that we would no longer have to work 40 hours a week. The labor of machines was supposed to enable us to accomplish the same amount of work with a maximum of one day of work per week. Of course, this did not happen. We went on a frenzy of production, resulting in an excess of unnecessary luxury. In addition, we only increased our workload, causing the earth to be flooded with (beautiful) unnecessary luxury.
AI will also take a lot of work off our hands in the future. Don't think that you can sit back while AI solves everything. This will only increase production. We will work harder, longer, and become more addicted to more technology, stuff, and social media.
In my opinion, it would be healthy to occasionally scale back technology and go into the forest without a mobile device. Work with your fingers in the soil in the garden.
Do not lose connection with reality and do not get sucked completely into technology. They are great inventions. But it can also be harmful.
Anything "too much" is not good..... balance😉
