In a study comparing ChatGPT, doctors using ChatGPT, and doctors without an #LLM, ChatGPT “scored an average of 90% when diagnosing a medical condition from a case report and explaining its reasoning,” The NY Times reports. Doctors using ChatGPT averaged just 76% - in part because some didn’t like the chatbot's diagnoses even when correct - and doctors alone 74%.
