Eskom's wants to start cutting off the City of #Johannesburg because of unpaid bills. And I think it's a good thing; #Eskom keeps applying for price increases, but they're owed so much money by so many municipalities. I think if they can actually start *collecting* it, they wouldn't need to increase prices anymore. Hell, they might even be able to DECREASE them. :P
